How to Report a Concern
If you have any ethical concerns, compliance questions, or other issues that need to be reviewed by iSmart Home Care’s Compliance Officer or Ethics Committee, you can report them in any of the following ways:
- Complete the Compliance and Ethics Form available on our website or by request.
- Call our toll-free Compliance Hotline at 855-ISmart0 (855-476-2780).
- Send an email to compliance@ismarthomecare.com.
When making a report, please provide as much detail as possible to help us thoroughly investigate the issue. You have the option to remain anonymous; however, doing so may limit our ability to follow up with you for additional information.
